Jointly piloted by NTUC and ASME and supported by WDA, the PREPARE Community assists participating companies to further intensify their Re-Employment efforts before the Legislation in 2012. Supported by an activity-based portal, companies may participate in a series of activities and learning platforms and be able to network and learn from other companies to tap on the experiences of older workers as a valuable manpower resource. During the past one year, PREPARE Community had organised a total of 25 activities for both new and existing companies committed to Re-Employment.

If your company has successfully implemented Re-Employment, this is the event for you to share your success with the fellow employers and make new contacts. If your company has yet to implement the Re-Employment, you are highly encouraged to attend this event to learn about how your company can tap on the Capability Development Grant of S$10,000 for the implementation of Re-Employment and hear success stories of others who have successfully done so.
